If you are found guilty and convicted of this charge and haven’t had any other DUI convictions within the last seven years, you may spend 45 days in jail. You will also be responsible for paying jail costs and fines, which can be expensive. Additional requirements will be $50 for a substance abuse screening and $585 dollars to enroll in alcohol abuse classes.
This will result in your driver’s license being suspended for at least 3 months, and additional restrictions imposed on you.
