Scottsdale Traffic Cameras Back Online

The City of Scottsdale is going to reactivate their photo radar traffic camera program starting today, May 13th 2016.

The program was offline after Attorney General Mark Brnovich issued a memorandum stating that these private traffic camera companies operating the programs must obtain private investigator’s licenses in order to function.

Apparently, the company operating out of Scottsdale, American Traffic Solutions, has obtained a company-wide private investigators license. Our office is still investigating the appropriate new defenses based on this development.

Ryan attended the University of Evansville in Indiana where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing and was a member of Lambda Chi Alpha. He then received his Juris Doctorate from the Phoenix School of Law where he accelerated his education to graduate early.
