How often do you encounter a lawyer who makes a recommendation in your best interest even when it means they don’t receive a dime? Robert from R&R is top notch; during a free phone consultation he listened patiently to my speeding ticket rant, reviewed all the options with me, provided info I was unaware of (i.e. if I paid the ticket I’m admitting guilt and would get 2 points on my record!) then proceeded to explain why he thought driving school was my best course of action. I was very pleased with the service from the R&R law group. Robert Gruler took the time to talk to me and explain options, as well as what I could expect. I do not live in Az, and did not want to have a speeding ticket on my record, since it would also be reported in the state where I live. The consequences would be my insurance going up for several years. When I was much much younger, I received speeding tickets quite regularly…but, it’s now been 5-8 years since my last; and I was not looking forward to this one! In the past, I probably represented myself about 60% of the time with great success, so I am pleased to agree with other reviewers that Robert was awesome to interact with…particularly when we spoke about potential strategies/arguments he might utilize in my defense. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I found this firm online doing a search for traffic attorney’s in Arizona. Robert, one of the partners had commented on a thread and that lead me to their site. I called and to my surprise Robert answered the phone. I explained my unusual circumstance and he took ample to time to understand and provide me actionable information I could use. Let me make this clear. He would of course represent me but advised me that it was probably better for me to pursue my ancient traffic matter on my own and that they’d be available to advise me further (or represent me) should I request it. In a commoditized world where its hard to decided on services or professionals, its all about availability, competence and going the extra mile. These guys “get it”. I hope I dont need their services additionally but things happen. If you’re in trouble, these are the guys to call.

I received a criminal speeding ticket, I was just going to pay it to get it delt with, but I decided I should contact a lawyer just to make sure since it said “Criminal”. R & R Law Group Was The ONLY office out of the dozen or so I called that was Willing to not waste my time by Forcing me to “Come into their office to discuss my case or pricing”. Robert called me right back & we discussed my situation over the phone. I was able to retain him by making a deposit directly into their bank accnt. Mr. Cummings showed true character by supporting my mental well-being throughout the entire case proceedings. Like most of my career, I blazed trails to the top of the military prestige. I learned a hard lesson from this event and will deal with this for the rest of my life. Yet, without Mr. Cummings and the support he provided it quite possibly could of been a lot worse. From the beginning, I had no trust issues as he was always available and even took my calls during his gym time. His dedication to my case propelled me to find the motivation needed to pursue a new career and get back on track towards a higher calling. If you looking for a peace of mind, you’ve found the right law firm. Robert and Ryan had my back from the first call I placed. This was my first time dealing with anything considered criminal and I struggled as my walls came crashing down. Mr. Cummings stepped in and made things happen. I was out of state and was helpless with the legal representation I received from the military. Even though a plea offer was signed, I still believe Mr. Cummings has what it requires to get a favorable resolution through trial. Like most cases, they are lengthy; yet, given that time between court appearances Mr. Cummings was steadfast on making things transparent for me. Highly recommend!

I came across Rob Gruler out of pure luck! I was desperate for help after receiving a camera ticket. I was nervous about the upfront costs of the ticket but I was even more terrified of the potential insurance premium increases.

I had so many questions. Despite my panic, Rob and Ryan were constantly available to me through phone and email. They were professional, direct, confident, patient, and very informative. They clearly have a vast knowledge of each city’s individual court processes and how to manage the circumstances.

I never felt like a bother although I often knew I was taking full advantage of their time! Even the sweet receptionist was always very kind and helpful. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone!

My son was away from home his first and attending College in ARIZONIA while we lived on the East Coast. What does a parent do hearing their child has been arrested? Yes he needs a good lawyer but how do you decide. This decision could mean the differences between him being incarcerated and his future taking a noses dived that he may never recover. Highly recommend R&R

I highly recommend R&R. I’m from California and I got a speeding ticket in Quartzsite for going 101. When I called the court they informed me that it was a criminal offense and if i just paid the ticket I would have a misdemeanor on my record. I started calling a few different lawyers in Arizona and had several phone consultations, Robert was the only one who followed up with me and asked if I had any further questions. “Because my case could have ruined my career and business (too fast in the AZ desert could do that for you) I needed a law firm that I could trust and that would not treat me like a “number”. Ryan was very professional, courteous, timely, and confident while representing me for a felony criminal damage charge. I had contemplated utilizing a public defender but looking back I would definitely recommend hiring a private attorney if you can afford it. I was cited with help from the infamous speed cameras in Scottsdale. Since I’m a snowbird it took a month for the ticket to reach me and my court date was just 2 days away. My father got a civil traffic ticket, which would have resulted in him getting points on his record if we hadn’t gotten a lawyer to fight the ticket. The firm was incredibly professional and responsive to any questions that we had. Thanks for the “above&beyond”

My problems began with a Guilty Plea for Reckless Driving in Feb. 2013. I received a letter from the court stating I had violated my Probation! Surprised, I contacted My Attorney, who indicated that once the sentence was imposed, I was no longer represented ( had spent my $5000).
Very concerned, I called Mr. Gruler (randomly) on a Sunday night. Not expecting much, I received an immediate call back from Robert Gruler calming me down and began explaining what had happened, how he could assist, provided his personal cell phone number and the reasonable cost of his assistance. We were referred to Ryan through All Out Bail Bonds in Phoenix because of an issue with a suspended license we have been dealing with for over 3 years. His service was outstanding. Mr. Ryan is 1 of the best I was looking @ 9+Years for something I was wrongfully accused!!! Beacause of a mistake a Phx judge made & not doing there job right I was facing a some serious time in prison I thought the courts never made mistakes because there mistakes can really change peoples lives obviously they do and they ain’t perfect they are human but in my books I shouldn’t have to go threw the torcher for months of thinking that I have to leave my family for a long time For a mistake a JUDGE did But Mr Ryan was always by my side ensuring me that “everything would be alright don’t worry I’ll tell you when to worry” also ” leave it to me the professionals enjoy your family” …but to see how Mr. Ryan plan played out was bananas I couldn’t stop telling my Family & Friends how the DA would look at me like I was a bad guy & 1 day when Mr. Ryan bull a trick out of his sleeves booooooooom. . . . Here comes the Arizona State DA out of a meeting with Mr Ryan & the old judge that admits she made a mistake years ago on a old case The Arizona state Da comes out with a Big Smile (Colgate smile) & a thumbs up looking at me like we are best friends hell nah this clown was trying to give a lot of prison Time plus the worst part to be away from my kids/family then the Arizona state Da looks at my attorney Mr. Ryan & saids tooshay WTF this is a live changing situation for me/my family & Arizona state Da acting like this is a f**ken game nah thats sad ……to see this beautiful State Arizona just throw people in prison for a long period of time is so sad they need help & plus this is not a game it’s are life I’m just your average Joe that works hard & long every day 10-18 hours I change my life many years ago when my first blessing was born (child) I like this side of the law better jail ain’t for me I love my Freedom & Family……Mr. Ryan Had all charges dismiss :) Mr. Ryan is the Best #Smart,Tactical,Polite, responds quick (email/cell phone/office) Thanks again Mr Ryan From the bottom of my heart words can’t express how thankful I am….Amen God Bless You Sir ^_^

Ryan was extremely helpful in assisting me during my DUI. He informed me of all my options/outcomes and was reliable and dependent. Even after court, he has been helpful in contacting MVD on my behalf in situations where they have accused me of tampering with Interlock Device. Ryan also went above and beyond and wrote a letter to the State Board of NV of Social Work who requested a letter from the judge (which they do not write) explaining the circumstances of my case. Due to the letter Ryan wrote on my behalf, I was approved by the board and am now an LMSW in the state of NV. When you contact him, he responds promptly, and goes above and beyond to assist you obtaining the best outcome. He was upfront/honest and laid out all possible outcomes, and was knowledgeable about the process. I would hire him again in a heartbeat for any legal issues I may have.

Taking care of business

Ryan Cummings took care of my son’s case several years back. I thank God that Ryan was given Will’s case because although he was picking up a public defender case Ryan treated my son with dignity and respect and fought for him as if he was paying big bucks. With Ryan’s professional legal assistance, I am finally able to move on with my life. Ten years ago, I made a mistake and drove under the influence. I was cited with help from the infamous speed cameras in Scottsdale. Since I’m a snowbird it took a month for the ticket to reach me and my court date was just 2 days away. In a panic situation I contacted Mr. Gruler. He walked me through the process. I was able to take an online class and the ticket was dismissed. Mr. Gruler put me at ease during this stressful period. I hope to never need his services again, but he is on my speed dial.

Ryan was personal from our first point of contact on this website answering any question I had, to becoming my attorney. He never once asked to represent me but seemed to genuinely show concern and care. He responded to my text’s and phone call’s when ever they were made unless in court on other cases, but he would even then respond in text promising a call back asap. He was even able to handle my girlfriend respectably with her 100 questions and calls and text’s. He never made false promises but was strait up with what I was looking at, several scenarios and what he could do. He didn’t place judgment on me but understood what I did and helped me to understand how law works and gave me several options. He was not severely expensive and seemed to have a need to want to help the little guy. Very knowledgeable in his practice and seemed very comfortable in the court room. Even after court he stuck around and helped me een further answering every question I had and was just down right personal. Awesome guy, great lawyer, totally recommendable to all my friends and family.

“never behind” best legal representation I had

“Because my case could have ruined my career and business (too fast in the AZ desert is serious in that state) I needed a law firm that I could trust and that would not treat me like a “number”. Fortunately I found Mr. Gruler and his firm R&R. Having Mr. Gruler represent me was the best decision I could make with the best outcome I could get. I am headquartered in Houston with more than 200 employees worldwide and had prior experiences with a lot of large legal firms in Texas that sometimes “dropped the ball” on cases like this. Knowing what a nightmare my work and travel schedule was I knew I could often not timely respond or even follow the case via email. Needless to say Mr Gruler and his assistant had a very comprehensive approach and stayed on every detail for me. They kept me up to date, sent me reminders, settled the case and constantly adapted to my changing schedule. From my experience, I highly recommend Robert without hesitation! Do not be scared away by other higher priced lawyers who had warned me, “You get what you pay for!” when they proposed to charge substantially more than what Robert charged. More expensive being “best” was not the truth! Robert was able to charge less (a very reasonable amount) because clearly he is efficient, knowledgeable and experienced (!) about how to work through the traffic court systems in place–he handled things by phone and fax and therefore didn’t need to pass along “travel costs” to me. What a concept!
The case was a bit complicated because it involved 2 violations; one of which was an erroneously charged misdemeanor [“driving without a license”], so there was no way I was going to chance it being fouled up by trying to handle it myself. After I hired Robert, I never looked back!!
Robert ALWAYS quickly responded to both my texts, phone calls and e-mails. He was very honest and enthusiastic in his approach and his expected outcome. The case was handled expertly with the best outcome I could have hoped for. I am fully satisfied and highly recommend him.

Don’t cheap out and nickle and dime yourself with stress and obligation of having to show up at court. Rob, not only took care of getting my license back but also did an amazing job getting the entire case thrown out.

Think about the system. Cities make money off of slapping fines and penalties on tickets. They would rather take on the next unprotected person than face off with someone who is strongly represented. Get Rob!

Robert is simply the BEST!!!

I consulted Robert for my case regarding Reckless Driving.I was very scared because of the sequence of events happened to me. Robert replied to me with all the possible options I have and told me what needs to be done. He assured me that I don’t have to panic and be calm as he is there for me.Being resident of different state, this was big relief for me to have somebody fighting for me in Arizona. He cleared all my doubts and questions. The most important and appreciated thing about him is he will answer all your calls personally. Even-though you ask him very basic questions, he will reply them politely and calmly without hesitation. He brought best deal for me by negotiating with prosecutor in pre-trial conference. Not only that, he got all the official court paperwork from court and sent to me. Robert Gruler did an excellent job of representing me in a civil traffic case. I live out of state and was unfairly cited for violating the reasonable and prudent basic rule. He took care of the issue and insured that I got a fair hearing. I did not have to appear in person, and did not have to worry about dealing with an unfamiliar justice system. The next thing I heard was that he got the case resolved without a moving violation and no points, and no subsequent insurance penalty. I would highly recommend Robert and his firm.

First of all – Rob Gruler’s professionalism was the first thing I noticed. I am new to Mesa and was not prepared for the amount of traffic cameras. I have a commercial license and the consequences of the citation I received in the mail would have been very expensive and time off work to complete required classes. A new chance at life

When I went to Ryan I was charged with a serious felony and was facing many years in prison. Although I had been in contact with many lawyers prior to Ryan he was the only one that stood out to me as actually caring about my situation and me as a person. Mr. Gruler was on time, made a courtesy call that he would be in the courthouse before hand and to assure me that he was on his way. During the proceedings he explained everything, the legal process, dealing with the prosecutor and he also accomodated my disability (a hearing loss) and was able to work with it.
