Charity Clark is a skilled and dedicated criminal defense attorney who approaches every case with respect, compassion, and a relentless commitment to her clients. With extensive experience handling complex criminal matters, she has a proven track record of securing favorable outcomes—even in cases deemed unwinnable by others. Charity has been involved in several high-profile cases, including the nationally recognized “Baby Gabriel” trial. Her successes include obtaining not guilty verdicts in cases involving child prostitution, burglary, resisting arrest, aggravated assault, and other serious charges.
Charity’s ability to think outside the box sets her apart. She meticulously analyzes every charge, uncovering hidden issues and crafting strategic defenses tailored to each case. An Arizona native, Charity was born on the Navajo Nation Indian Reservation before moving to Chandler, where she grew up. She earned her undergraduate degree in communications from Arizona State University, with an emphasis on speech and debate—skills that have served her well in the courtroom. After working in the legal field for several years, she pursued her law degree at Phoenix School of Law, graduating in 2012. She is licensed to practice law in both Arizona state and federal courts.
Beyond her legal work, Charity serves on a legislative committee for Arizona Attorneys for Criminal Justice, focusing on criminal justice reform. She is also a devoted mother of two daughters and enjoys spending her free time camping, hiking, traveling, and hosting game nights with family and friends.
