Firm Manager

Lilia Robles is the Firm Manager at R&R Law Group, bringing dedication, leadership, and a deep commitment to the firm’s values of Safety, Clarity, and Hope. She first joined the firm in April 2018 as a Receptionist and Intake Assistant, quickly becoming the first point of contact for clients and ensuring they felt supported and confident in their legal representation.

Through her hard work and growing responsibilities, Lilia was promoted to Firm Manager, a role she has successfully held for the past five years. She oversees all firm departments, from Intake to Legal, ensuring seamless operations and efficiency across the board. As the integrator between departments, Lilia plays a crucial role in maintaining firm policies, managing key systems, and handling recruiting. Her favorite part of her role is caring for employees, fostering a supportive and positive workplace culture.

Outside of work, family is Lilia’s top priority. She enjoys traveling and exploring new foods. Her ultimate goal is to be a strong role model for her three younger sisters and, one day, become a loving mother to many kiddos.
